Through many dangers, toils and snares, I have already come. 'Tis Grace that brought me safe thus far and Grace will lead me home.

MARTY STEPHENS WANTED JESUS BEFORE HE WAS 8. Spring Revival of 1971, I walked down an aisle to do what I had been wanting to do for two years prior (about age 6). I went through a motion of what my heart had already done, and asked Jesus to come into my life. I was baptized to give the earth meaning to what Heaven had done. At age 13, I made the "true love waits" commitment, and Jesus has delivered me from situations to help me keep that commitment. I carried a Bible with me all through high school, not as a strong evangelist, but just simply to lean on Him as a friend and guide each and every day. In my early 20's, I knelt at an altar, and felt what Acts calls "the rush of the Mighty Wind." I believe the Holy Spirit annointed me for His service. Since I was eight, I've been singing solo in ministry. Over the past 15 years, I've turned down invitations to sing with quartets and other vocal groups, believing it was not His will at those times. Now, in just a short time, God has brought together The Harmony Vocal Band. I am stunned and shocked at the compatibility and character
we compliment each other with. Only the Hand of God could have brought us from different places on earth because we didn't even know each other when we started singing together. I pray that we will sing and write songs that will minister to you, our brothers and sisters in Christ, and to a world predominate without Christ.
